Structural IW – Decking

The Decking crew performs all work associated with the installation of corrugated metal (including composites) floor decking when attached to structural steel (excluding Wood and Metal Pan Forms).  This includes all sizes, types and gages of floor decking. Work includes all layout, placement, field alterations, and securing by bolting, screwing, clamping, welding or other mechanical means of attachment.

Personal hand tools include; spud wrench, sleever bar, bull pin, belt, rule, marking crayon, welding hood, and goggles.
