The Structural IW, Bolt-Up crew specializes in the final alignment of the structural steel, following behind the Connector. This crew verifies vertical and horizontal alignment, by use of plumb bob, levels, lazar levels, GPS, and/or Total Station Surveying instrumentation.  Allowing the completion of the final bolting together, assuring proper bolt tension, or welding of the structural steel, (beams, columns, girders, etc.)  Placing necessary cross-bracing, cabling, etc. to retain proper structure alignment. Allowing a stable lower structure, in relation to the assembly of any upper floors in the continuing stages of erection. And in the final product.   

Personal hand tools include; spud wrench, sleever bar, bull pin, belt, rule, marking crayon, welding hood, and goggles.
