The Repair crew performs all work associated with the removal and replacement of reinforcing steel in concrete.  Repair shall also include the placement of Poly-reinforced Carbon Fiber when used in reinforced structural concrete repair. Carbon fiber placement shall include mixing of all chemicals, and application by brush, roller or spray, and the application of all layers of fiber materials.
